Draft your own menu

According to your liking, we give you the choice to draft your own personal menu.

 When you will have required your courses ( we suggest 2 starters, 2 First courses, 2 Main Courses plus the Wedding Cake ), we will be able to send you the exact estimate.

We decided to create the option of drafting the menu to upgrade our range of services, you can either create your personal one ( requiring your fauvorite dishes ), or mix the courses that we proposed in the menu 1 and menu 2.

 We hope you enjoy the sistem and the drafting of your menu.

Served by the pool with Aperitifs, Chicken and Turkey kebabs, fruit, vegetables flan, pizzas &…


Parma ham & Melon
Selecton of Cheeses…. ( Assorted Italians and French cheeses served with bread and biscuits )
Selection of Italian Antipasti…. ( hors d’euvres )
Ascoli olives, Tirrenean Cappers, Tipical Umbrian charcuteries….

First Courses:

Ravioli Pasta with fresh Ciliegino tomatoes sauce and basil….
Pennette alla Norcina…. ( creamy sauce with sausages, cooked ham and mushrooms )

Main Courses:

Umbrian style roasted pork with fresh salad and potatoes….
Millefoglie of buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and aubergines….

 Wedding cake

 The following menu is served buffet style. Waiters will serve all the courses with the only difference from the other menus that guests will have to walk to the buffet table, be served and take place in the gazebo tables.
